Birth of a big dream...

Almost 10 years ago I met my match in life.  One of my soul's mate, who could match me on wit, intellect, skill (although different), and could keep my feet on the ground.  I took a journey from my home state of PA and took a risk on love and life in Tennessee.  Looking back, the choices I made (even the rough ones), were all worth where I am now.  Without taking the risks, noticing the beauty, tending to the bruises along the way - I'm not sure I'd be writing this blog right now and encouraging everyone to really look at their dreams and find ways to make them real.

Today is my 38th birthday, and yesterday thanks to the mutually shared dreams of friends and colleagues and folks I've met along my journey - I put my money down on a real dream housed in four walls.  April 14th, I was born and so was THE AMUSED LIFE COLLECTIVE lovingly created by performer/artists and the people who love them.  I thank all the artists and students who have signed onto the collective to build the dream together.  I invite you to watch as we help this little dream grow, learn, develop and become what we envision: community built on dreams, laughter, dedication, moxy and the believe that every dream is worth the effort.  Here's to the journey...stay tuned for more.
